We had lunch at Chez Maman and it was an absolute delight! The menu offered classic French dishes, and everything we tried was fantastic. We ordered the Croque Madame with a perfectly cooked egg on top, the rich and comforting Hachis Parmentier, the flavorful Chez Maman Burger, the buttery Escargots de Bourgogne, and the indulgent Baked Camembert. Each dish was full of authentic French flavors, beautifully presented, and incredibly satisfying. If you’re craving French cuisine, this spot is a must-try!

This is one of my favorite brunch spots in San Francisco. It gets busy quickly, so I recommend visiting before lunchtime. We tried the onion soup, eggs benedict, and pancakes, and everything was delicious. The portions were large, but the food was so good we almost finished everything. They only have one restroom, so expect a wait during peak times, but overall, I highly recommend this place.

The salad was plentiful, filling and full of flavor. I had it with seared tune which paired very well with the anchovies. I heartily recommend it, despite it being the costliest option on the menu. The service was fast and efficient. The atmosphere was okay. The seating is by the road, but the area is nice and there are plenty of opportunities for people watching.

My friend introduced me to French cuisine at this place when I met her for dinner in Hayes. We didn't have a set plan for where to eat, but this place made it onto the shortlist of options, and I'm really glad she chose it.We ordered the Chez Maman burger and creamy fettuccine with mushrooms to share, and both were delicious. The burger was especially great, as I do not like classic American burgers with ketchup, pickles, iceberg lettuce, etc. The French version on a ciabatta roll with caramelized onions, aioli, and dark leafy lettuce was perfection. The restaurant itself is not too big, so it's ideal for a date or catch-up with a friend or two. Don't wait as long as I did to try French cuisine. Come check this place out!
